The inclusion of a microwave and refrigerator in the superior king room was a nice touch. the bathroom was particularly good, featuring a bathtub. the hotel's location was marvelous, being very close to restaurants and a shopping outlet.

My room included a refrigerator, a writing table and ironing facilities. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and the bathroom was particularly good, I had a great trip there👌

Really enjoyed this hotel, had 2 peaceful days here. All the staff members were courteous. The superior king room was impressive and cheap where the wifi was working. A microwave oven, a refrigerator and a writing table were much appreciated.

Tbh, this hotel needs an overhaul.

I chose this hotel for a training session and found it convenient with access to a business center and guest coin laundry. the staff, including John, Kelsey, Brittney, and Francis. the room was surprisingly comfortable and clean, providing great value for the price.

The one service I missed for work was the lack of consistent WiFi.

The room has a door directly to the outside, adjacent to the car park so that we could park the car right in close proximity to our room and get the dog out of the car to walk first thing in the morning.

The water in the bathroom was hot and extra hot instead of cold and hot. One of the lights did not work properly. Other than that, it was a clean, safe place to stay for the night.

Lynchburg hotels were booked solid for the weekend--this was the closest available room.

Cobwebs, dirt, smell, creepy empty swimming pool, poor maintenance inside and out. We couldn't even find office personnel to check out in morning, so we just left. This place apparently used to be a Howard Johnson's and it appears that nothing was done in improvements since the current owners bought it years ago.

Red Roof Inn Madison Heights, VA Review: The hotel is conveniently located near a Haunted House event, making it easy to enjoy local attractions. the rooms are kept immaculately clean, and the Wi-Fi works perfectly. Guests can enjoy exceptionally comfortable beds for a great night's sleep. Additionally, the staff is always attentive and provides excellent service.

The price and the location

You have to go through a long hallway to get to the room where it was noisy till 5 AM because of a group football players, good guys but the noise was no good.

Was lock out my rm before checkout.towels n washclothes was taken out of rm before checkout.no breakfast was served. Signs of bedbugs.

Our stay in Lynchburg was for our daughter's graduation at Liberty University, and we only stayed for one night. the hotel's location was convenient, situated near various dining options like Taco Bell and McDonald's. the front desk staff, including John, Kelsey, Brittney, and Francis, were incredibly friendly and accommodating. They even allowed me to use their employee freezer for my medical ice packs. the room we got exceeded our expectations in size and comfort, offering great value for the price.

Location was pretty good (near Wendy's and McDonald's).

Room had terrible odor, facilities were terribly run-down, 2 out of 3 lights did not work, toilet backed up, furniture was stained, hardly any food for breakfast (we had to go to McDonald's).

Staff was friendly. We actually left 2 items after checking out. When we called & spoke with housekeeping they had the items & put them at the front desk for us to pick up. Like the coffee maker, microwave & fridge in the room.

Hallway smells strongly of cigarette smoke, although the rooms don't. The smell does seem to come in the room under the door. We put the bath towel rug there to block the smell. There was a good bit of noise outside from other guests but it did quiet down by midnight & we had no problem sleeping.

Everything was brand-new with immaculately clean and impressive rooms. the location was particularly good, near food places, the highway, Lynchburg, and the river. the hotel provided good prices.

There was almost no street noise and the other guests were not loud. The swimming pool was better than we expected.

This is a vintage 1975 property.

The room was perfectly clean and cheap. the location is convenient and absolutely perfect, close to the youth all-star ball field, outlet stores, food places, and the highway. It is also in the Lynchburg area.
